Adriel Gomez Mansur

 

Born in Buenos Aires in 1989, he began studying the piano at the age of four. His teachers include Rene Teseo, Antonio De Raco, Carmen Scalcione and, currently, Luis Lugo. He has participated in master classes with Nelson Goerner, Ralph Votapeck, Alan Weiss, Andrea Lucchesini, Alexis Golovine, Akiko Ebi, Roberto Urbay and Zenaida Manfugas. He made his debut in a television programme when he was seven years old, and it was followed by appearances in the most important Argentine concert halls. In 2001 and 2002 he was invited to the Festival Martha Argerich in Buenos Aires and in 2003 to the Festival Llao di Bariloche. The same year, he was mentioned in the Clarín prizes as a classical music revelation. In 2004 he won special mention from the Association of Argentine Music Critics.
